How to install Divi Theme?

Divi is a premium WordPress theme developed by Elegant Themes. To use our layout or any other Divi-based layout, you’ll need to have the Divi Theme installed and activated on your WordPress website.

Follow the steps below to install Divi:

Step 1: Get the Divi Theme

1. Go to the Elegant Themes website.
2. Sign up for a membership and log into your account.
3. Navigate to the Downloads section.
4. Download the Divi Theme ZIP file (usually named Divi.zip).

Step 2: Upload and Install the Theme

1. Log in to your WordPress Dashboard.
2. Go to Appearance → Themes.
3. Click the “Add New” button at the top.
4. Then click “Upload Theme”.
5. Choose the Divi.zip file you downloaded earlier.
6. Click “Install Now”.

Step 3: Activate the Theme

1. Once installation is complete, click “Activate”.
2. You’ll now see Divi as your active theme.

Step 4: Enter Your Elegant Themes License Key

To receive updates and unlock premium features, enter your license key:

1. In your WordPress dashboard, go to Divi → Theme Options.
2. Click the “Updates” tab.
3. Enter your Username and API Key (found in your Elegant Themes account).
4. Click “Save Changes”.

That’s It!

You’ve successfully installed and activated the Divi Theme. You’re now ready to import the layout and start customizing.
